  • Introduce yourself with complete name. For Eg. Ravish Bhateja
  • Always greet a person with a smile on the face
             SMILE INCREASES FACIAL VALUE

  • CELLPHONE ETIQUETTE
ü  Silent / switched off
ü  Avoid cell phone in office premises
ü  Don’t chew while talking on phone
ü  Avoid loud volume + speakers
ü  Concentrate on voice mail (leave your name & contact no.)
ü  Speak clearly
ü  Apologize if dialed wrong no.
ü  Spell out unusual names
ü  Confidential discussion should be privately managed
ü  Follow 7 C’s
ü  Speaker phone should be used only for conferences
ü  Don’t force others to listen on phone
ü  Important message to be speak clearly and slowly
FOR PROPER CONVERSATION ETIQUETTES LISTEN CAREFULLY IN THE SESSION

  • Maintain cubicle manners / courtesy
ü  Don’t behave like prairie dog
ü  Don’t peep in others cabin
