An Effective Leader
An effective leader is the one who can adapt himself to all kinds of circumstances without any fear or hesitation. He gets into the very core of the problem and then makes it to a point to fix in the easiest way possible and in the less time.
He should be like water which can adapt itself to any kind of situation. One can be like ice- solid & stable and in a position to help others in the time of crisis. Or one can be like a fountain that quenches the thirst of others for understanding & knowledge. Or like a cloud to rain his knowledge and experience.
And then, one can be like a lake reflecting others so that one can understand him. And lastly, one can be like snow, sparkling & showering the coolness of mind for the muddled heads.
The confused and the angry should be able to get the light of his qualities so that they may give their best under his leadership.
