It is you who empowered me to share these things. I am thankful to you.
Energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed but can be transformed from one form to another. We had studied this statement in our childhood but we came to know about its implication today in the class. The true and real teacher transmits not only some messages but his energy . The class becomes lively with the energy of teacher. Like a single sun imparts light in the whole solar system, a single teacher transmits his energy to infuse life in the class. The name of our faculty today was Mr.Ravish Bhateja but to speak frankly there was no thing rubbish in his teachings. His humorous and informal way of interacting with us created a strong magnetic field in a very short span of time. His focus upon simplicity and small things of life was clear from every of his sharings. What a positive way to start the class by recognising the importance of smile( more distinctly SMILE FLU) in our every day life. Smile indeed is precious gift which adds value to any of our relationships and it is universal language that transcends any political boundaries. He soon showered us with leadership and motivation success mantras. When the whole world is busy loving objects and others, he emphasized us to love ourselves. Also he made us feel that it is we who have to motivate self; We are the best and we know it. A simple but a very powerful statement. We know that knowledge is based on ignorance and our success should also stand on the pillars of realistic mistakes. Also if we look great, we feel great and be great. The class started with these powerful mantras and i can hardly express how energetic we were by the breakfast time.
The class proceeded further with a motivational video emphasising on seeing good things on whomsoever we come across. The intellect of human mind has made every one a judge and we easily pass judgements upon others. But we people mostly use it to criticise destructively and to put others down. Our small appreciation and praise can make their day and even their life better. But it is a bitter fact that it is hard to find such people. Life is wonderful and it becomes so by the wonderful people and environment around us. We exist in group and not in isolation. The truth that smile can not be faked in our pictures was also highlighted through the video.
Our energy level was again taken to the next level by motivational clip of Robin Sharma. Robin Sharma while motivating Microsoft employees was focusing upon artistic performance of work. As per him focus( dark focus) when combined with time produces a genius. His statement was corroborated by citing an incident from Pablo picasso's life. Brilliancy in our relevant work area can not be denied to make us an artist. Behind every piece of great work there lies genius behind. The necessity of creativity and enthusiasm was highly emphasised. I think it would not be wrong to say that enthusiasm drives people and any organization they are related to. We imminent professionals underestimate ourselves but we can become genius if we have that patience to focus and move along with time. Patience let magic happen in our life, but how many of us are ready for it? A simple statement but it serves as foundation for success. The next requirement emphasised was hard work. The harder we work, the luckier we get. I think continuous hard work is the jewellery of ones life that adds beauty to our life. After all we know that we are architectures of our own destiny.
The session proceeded with interactive play focused to elicit leadership, communicative and co-ordinating skills among us. This activity made us interact more and allowed us know of our team's strengths and weakness. The next play was focused on our ability to listen effectively and presenting the things as effectively as we have listened. It made us realize how attentive we need to be.
The day was full of energy and we got no notice of how time passed by. The humor element was consistently delivered by our faculty till the end of the day. We crossed one more day of this GMCS journey with bulk of knowledge that will definitely be of great use in days to come. We thank you very much Mr. Ravish Bhateja.Sitaram BasnetGMCS- 47 (GZB)
